Caratteristiche


  • Complete REFLEX type agitation Group # 2 lire to sharp type "A flag" embedded blades (or # 2 lire to blade for curd cutting and N 2 paddles for stirring product), mounted on the roof of the tank
  • Manual butterfly valve DN100 (other dimensions on request) for draining the curd, with rest. (Also available on omega-shaped trap to slow draining the curd)
  • Hydraulic hand pump with hydraulic cylinder, tilt the tank, during product discharge or electrical box * as an option.
  • Security system for the protection of workers in the workplace with safety sensors.
  • Manhole with manhole with safety sensors.
  • Internal lighting
  • Stainless tub support trellis, with stairway and walkway non-slip stainless grating standards.
  • Electrical control and power, with stainless steel.
  • All in stainless steel AISI 304 in food and finishes at CE norms
